Just to say thanks for the whistle (Dixon Nickel Trad). Next-day delivery
and an excellent recommendation by you - the Dixon sounds so clear, even in a relative beginner's hands like mine! Every beginner should start with this whistle- it will make you sound good almost from the start - my Feadog was holding me back with it's shrillness and inconsistency (a top B was always a gamble!)

Thanks for the info. The Freeman tweaked Generation Bb and C arrived safely yesterday. The Bb has a wonderfully 'meaty', yet haunting tone and I'm really enjoying playing slow airs on it. A real snip at the price, well done. I was looking for an Overton Bb but the Generation seems to meet all my expectations.

The Overton is even better than I had hoped, even my wife thinks it sounds
